On this week’s episode of “What Does It Do?” we’re answering that question by testing out some unusual uses for toothpaste.

First up: nipples. We’ve all been there — you wake up in the morning, look in the mirror and notice some sort of redness on your chest. If it’s not a rash or an allergic reaction, then it’s probably just sunburn. But what if it could be both?

Toothpaste is a great remedy for many things. It can also be used on nipples to help soothe them if they are sore, irritated or chapped.

Toothpaste has a number of ingredients that make it an ideal skin care product, including glycerin and lactic acid. These ingredients are soothing and help moisturize the skin, which can help relieve dryness and flaking.

If you have dry or cracked nipples, then toothpaste may be able to help soothe them. This is especially true if you have sensitive skin or have been using soap on your breasts.

Toothpaste can also be used on other areas of the body such as hands and feet if they are chapped or dry after washing too often with soap.
