Is Chilling Reign Worth Buying?

Is Chilling Reign Worth Buying?
Is Chilling Reign Worth Buying?

The new expansion for Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft just came out this week, and if you’re like me, you’ve already purchased your 50 packs and are in the process of opening them. The set is called Whispers of the Old Gods, and it’s got some crazy new mechanics that Blizzard is calling corrupt, which means that a card copies the effects of another card.

I don’t know about you, but I’m gonna have to sit down and think about this one for a bit before I can decide if it’s worth buying. For £5, you get 2-3 hours of playtime, so to buy this product is definitely not worth it. I mean, it’s cheaper and better to just buy a game on sale, so if the only reason you bought this is because you can’t afford to buy a game than I would recommend finding a job or something.

The rarest card in chilling reign is the rarest card in any set.

That’s right, all cards have the same rarity. This fact is true for every set ever released with the exception of a few sets that have specialty cards or tokens such as Dragon’s Maze or Mystery Booster. These speciality cards are not considered part of a normal booster pack, so they aren’t included here because it would be unfair to include them in this list. If you’re looking for information on each individual rarity then please check out my article titled “The Rarity of Card Rarities” which covers each individual rarity from Mythic Rare down through Common and Uncommons.”

Here is a list of the rarest cards in Chilling Reign, along with the price they are sold for at the current moment.
